We all have one ultimate goal in life, to be HAPPY. Genuinely happy. To create a life we truly love, and to live as our authentic selves, every day, and on purpose. As a certified life coach and wellness trainer, I have created programs, workshops, and I offer retreats that can help you towards your journey to achieve just this. Who were you before the world made you feel who you “should” be? Before society started to “sculpt” you into someone else. Who were you before people started to change you, and make you fit into their story, rather than allowing you to create your own? Everyone has their own story, and everybody else are only secondary characters of it. To create a life you love, you must first learn to become mindful and find you again. What is it you truly want in all seven aspects of your life? And how are you going to make this a reality?

 To learn to love yourself is a journey on its own. But it's a journey worth taking. Because once you realise the only person whose opinion matters is your own, you will feel free, lighter and truly happy.
When we encounter hurt, loss, failure, mistakes and negativity in our lives, it makes us question our own worth, and its hard to see

When we encounter hurt, loss, failure, mistakes and negativity in our lives, it makes us question our own worth, and its hard to see who we truly are. The actions of others don't define us as a person, and their opinions shouldn't limit you in your beliefs.
Self confidence is definitely something you can learn and find within yourself. You don't need to look for it from others. Love yourself each day, because that's who you will be with, for the rest of your life.
