I’m a Cook Islander/European solo mother to two incredible children — an amazing son and, later in life, my beautiful baby girl.
In 2009, my life changed forever. I lost my fiancé — my son’s father — in a car accident when my son was just six years old. In the weeks that followed, I discovered truths that added shock and heartbreak to an already unimaginable loss. That season shaped me in ways I never expected.
I come from a beautifully blended family with two mums, two dads, and seven siblings, including a brother who passed away as a baby. Love, loss, and resilience have always been part of my story.
I’ve experienced bullying, financial struggle, and business failure. I’ve lived on next to nothing, questioned my worth, and been criticised for my appearance, beliefs, and the way I do things. And yet — it’s because of all of this that I became the strong, grounded woman I am today.
Real change began when I realised it had to start from the inside out.
I’ve worked in the health and fitness industry for many years, specialising in Group Fitness and becoming a New Zealand Group Fitness Master Trainer. I’ve presented across New Zealand and Australia, owned a women’s gym, and managed multiple fitness centres. While I loved physical training, I knew my clients needed more — mindset, awareness, and inner alignment.
By combining lived experience with guidance from powerful mentors — including Dion Jensen, author of Your Subconscious Bodyguards – The Good News About PTSD — I created transformational programs that have changed lives.
I’m now a certified New Zealand Life Coach, helping people reconnect with who they truly are and take control of their journey — from the inside out.
And just when life felt complete, I was blessed with my greatest plot twist — my baby girl. Twenty years after my son, I’m embracing this new chapter with balance, perspective, and deep gratitude.
No matter where you are right now, there is always a way forward.
Make a wish. Take a chance. Make a change.
