We all think “I know how to be positive.” Or “I know what I need to do” but the reality is, very few of us know how to use these tools in a way that turns to habit and true understanding of being happy. "I was keen to increase my exercise level and the two 1/2 hour sessions I do with Azania each week have fulfilled everything I wanted to achieve. She is an excellent instructor who designs a programme especially to suit your ability & requirements. She cares about your general wellbeing & will offer support to deal with other wellness issues one may have - sometimes just talking is as beneficial as doing the physical exercise.
