One on One Wellness Coaching

Online, or face to face, with a holistic and spiritual approach, Wellness coaching is about addressing what was, and rediscovering who you truly are. It's building true confidence that you didn't know you had. And reigniting that spark of joy from within that seemed to lose its light somewhere along the journey. It's creating a happier and healthier YOU!


Prices are as follows:

Casual 60 minute session - $70.00

6x 60 minute sessions - $380.00

10x 60 minute sessions - $555.00

-WORKSHOPS-

With a range of workshops available, these are presented to you from a safe and private environment (Location can vary from course to course).

One hour a week session, over a 5 week course. You will also be given "homeplay" to take away to work on through the week. 

Workshops may include, (but not limited to, or can be tailored to suit);

You can either jump on board a scheduled workshop, or request a workshop for you and your friends, team mates, or work colleagues*

- Breaking Solo Mama Stereotypes

Being a solo mama isn't a negative thing, people just focus on the wrong things.

From one solo mama to another, this workshop will help you to see solo parenting through different eyes. It will help you to build the confidence to say "I can and I will!" 


Some topics we will cover but not limited to;

-Understanding who you are and where you're going.

-The pros, the cons and the "it is what it is".

-Real self-confidence.

-Time management.

-Letting go and moving forward.

-Goal setting and how to make it happen.

Nobody has their sh*t together. Sadly, we live in a time where we don't always know fake from reality. Real is rare, and to create a life you can truly love you must first stop comparing with what you see around you and build a solid foundation that is created for you, and only you.

People are living week by week just waiting for the weekend, only to just rinse and repeat the same day, week, month, time and time again. 

You're not tired because you've done  too much, you're tired because you haven't done enough of what sparks your joy and fuels your happiness!

Reset and reflect, with this 45 minute meditation class. This class can help you with, but not limited to; difficulty concentrating, sleep problems, feeling helpless, not being able to express yourself, lacking motivation, closing yourself off to others, not being able to accomplish goals. In a relaxed and safe environment.

Women’s Weekend Wellbeing Retreats

Join me in one of several amazing spaces around New Zealand for a beautiful ladies weekend away.


From Friday 5pm through to Sunday 1pm, you will understand more about yourself and your environment. Also learn tools to take away from the weekend to help you continue on your journey long after the weekend is over.


There are a number of different types of retreats I host and presented in different environments:


Women's Self-worth & Self-confidence Mini Retreat

When (TBC)

Set in a beautiful home space, this is the perfect mini retreat, if big groups aren't your thing. Limit of only 7 women.


Some areas we will cover:

-How to believe in ourselves

-How to be true to your authentic self

-Understand who you are as an individual

-How to have authentic fun

-How to shift your thinking, so others opinions don't control you
Plus we will practice different meditation styles.


Price includes workshops and classes, accommodation and main meals.

Nourish The Soul Retreat. Relax & Reflect - Taupo

Ladies Only
This retreat is purely to relax and reflect. Set in the middle of the year, we will be surrounded by the icy mountains at the end of the lake. Wake up to an amazing burning fire. Enjoy a beautiful sunset and early morning Yoga (for all levels).
Take time to stop. Relax the mind. Centre ourselves. And learn to live in the present moment.
Enjoy a relaxing boat cruise to the base of Huka Falls* and enjoy a casual outdoor walk* to replenish the soul.

Learn tools that will help you continue to do this well after the weekend is over.
 

Prices start from $730 which includes accommodation, six main meals, all activities, workshops and classes.



Live Life On Purpose – Women’s Retreat 

When (TBC – End of year)

Ladies only.
This is my original style retreat. The one that has you thinking. Has you acknowledging the hurdles in your past and current life situation. This one is not your average kick back and relax retreat.
This is, find what you want, and learn how to work towards it.
There will be yoga, meditation and down time at the beautiful Wairakei Terraces*.
However, this one is all mental well-being and how to overcome those hurdles, and has been the most popular so far. Because it is far from your average retreat.


Prices start from $685 which includes accommodation, six main meals,  all activities, workshops and classes.

- Relax & Reset End Of Month Reflection -

What better way to end the month with a relaxing morning of reflection.
Mini Retreat Includes:

  • Beginners / Intermediate Level Yoga Class
